Thank you for writing in about this. This looks like a valuable addition to our Shopify connector. I can't provide a timeline on the implementation yet, but will keep you posted here. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor demand. Upvotes and comments from other Fivetran customers are helpful for prioritizing this request.

The business case for this functionality is the order object's company_id is the only way users can tell whether an order is a B2C order or a B2B order in Shopify.
