Connector Improvement: BambooHR API Beta

Hello,
I currently use Fivetran to load HR data from Bamboo into our warehouse, but only 13 reports are available, all rather static.
I am looking to import timesheet entries and project hours into Snowflake, and wondering if there is a way to use Fivetran to accomplish this. Here is a link to what I'm hoping we might be able to set up.
We are attempting to tie hours from our employee clock-ins to the school level to help us allocate costs to each of the 28 schools we work with. We already have the system set up within BambooHR, but I need a less manual way to import the data than running the report within the application, exporting, and importing it to a Google Sheet before setting up a Fivetran connector for that.
Is there a possibility of cutting out the manual steps in this process by using Fivetran directly?
