Connector Improvement: Ceridian Dayforce Employee_Pay_Summaries resync

Currently, deletes are not captured in the employee_pay_summaries table. Changes are happening based on pay frequency (weekly, bi-weekly) that are changing values. We need the option to resync this table back n weeks, based on input. Else this table becomes stale and can't be used to tie out to the Ceridian GUI.
