Connector Improvement: Offer Option to include 'Removed' Google Campaigns

We are using the Google Search Ads 360 Connector and are pulling reports both at the ad and campaign level. We'd like to be able to see all campaigns: Enabled, Paused, AND Removed.

    Luke from the Product team here! Thanks for submitting this feature request. 

    What is your use case for Removed ad and campaign data? We intentionally ignore this data because these ads and campaigns typically return 0 for all metrics. Are you requesting this data to look at historical ad/campaign performance?
