    You can setup a rollback timeframe for the ServiceNow connector. See our release notes here for more details.

    Just so I understand the issue your facing with incremental syncs is records appearing late in the system? Is this specific to certain tables within the connector? Also curious about what the technical explanations you have from the ServiceNow side that cause this to happen.
