Connector Improvement: Salesforce Connector updating NULL historically in Snowflake target when a field is deleted in the Salesforce Source
As a part of testing conducted in the lower environment, we observed that when a Salesforce field is removed from the source, the historical data for that field in the destination is updated to NULL.
We are seeking a solution to manage this situation without automatically updating or setting the deleted columns to NULL when they are removed from the source. Ideally, we would like to avoid this behavior. Any guidance or solution you can provide/implement would be greatly appreciated.
