Connector Improvement: Data Filtering before Replication - PostgreSQL RDS (Or any)

Having an option to create rules of filtering data that is replicated would be great.
Example use case - needing to filter out a specific segment of users from replication.
By having the option to add a rule (that can be used as a WHERE statement for example) to filter out the unnecessary data, we will be able to control which data flows where.
Another filtering option that will be great is the option to remove specific keys and values from a JSONB column.

Apologies for the delayed response. We do now support row filtering for Postgres as of earlier this year. If you have any additional questions please let us know!
