On some connectors (ex: Shopify), busy data creation time periods (black friday) can result in delayed syncs. We run important business results dashboards from Fivetran-synced data. It would be an advantage if we could put portions of the schema into priority sync mode: perhaps orders, order lines, etc- and de-prioritize customers, gift cards.
