Connector Improvement: Need a full-fledged Gladly connector

Hi Team,

We are in the process of onboarding Gladly connector in Fivetran with Databricks as the destination. Currently, Gladly is a Lite Connector. We wanted to have the full connector for our use case and wanted to know the time/effort to set this up. Let us know if you need any other information from our side.

    Hi Kevin,

    We have added addition reports and events table to cover a lot of new use cases in Gladly Connector.

    You can refer the new schema - https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/applications/gladly

    Let us know if you have any other specific use case which you would like to cover.
