Connector Improvement: MailChimp/Brevo EVENT TABLE
AnsweredHello,
We have a lot of clients who want to tracker their revenu by client for the mail automation. Today we can do it with Klaviyo because we setup an attribution model (for example if a client with an email open an email and make a purchase on the website, the revenu is for mail auto) and so I go on event table on Klaviyo ERD and I can attribute the revenu.
Unfortunately, there is MailChimp & Brevo which are a good alternative to Klaviyo and your connectors don't offer this kind of table (correct me if I'm wrong). I think for a lot of agency, have a table for the mail auto connector with this (like the vent table klaviyo):
aaa@gmail.com/2023-12-12 05:00:00/received
aaa@gmail.com/2023-12-12 06:00:00/opened
aaa@gmail.com/2023-12-12 07:00:00/click
Is really crucial to be more precise and deep in the data. If I check on MailChimp/Brevo ERD today, there is only stats on compaign...
Best,

Hello, Luke from the Product team here!
Thanks for submitting this feature request. I manage our Mailchimp connector. Our Mailchimp ERD has two tables, which should provide the data you're looking for: AUTOMATION_RECIPIENT_ACTIVITY and CAMPAIGN_RECIPIENT_ACTIVITY. Both contain action fields, which could be 'open', 'click', or 'bounce'. They also contain a timestamp field. You could get the recipient email address using the AUTOMATION_RECIPIENT and CAMPAIGN_RECIPIENT tables.I'll ask my colleague who manages our Brevo connector to follow up here. Let me know if you have any questions about Mailchimp in the meantime.
Cheers,
Luke -
Is this supported for the Brevo connector? I was surprised to see that the Brevo API offers event level information but the Fivetran connector still only offers campaign level stats. This would be hugely helpful to have user-level engagement activity.
