Connector Improvement: Add Freshchat Metrics Endpoint Data to Syncs

The current Freshchat schema does not include the metrics endpoint data, and it is not possible to back into many of these metrics using the current data being pulled over -- https://developers.freshchat.
Important data includes CSAT_METRICS, CONVERSATION_METRICS, TEAM_PERFORMANCE
