Destination Improvement: Snowflake Case insensitive option

Most of the traditional RDBMS are case insensitive, but Snowflake is not. All the destination tables are created by Fivetans connectors and currently we don't have an option to make the destination table/columns as case insensitive. We ended up recreating the tables manually to fix this. It will be great If we have an option during connector creation process. This is specific to Snowflake destinations.
