Other: Follow up question on Ticket- https://support.fivetran.com/hc/en-us/requests/179735
Hello,
I'm currently working on integrating geographic data (specifically GEO_METRO, GEO_REGION and GEO_COUNTRY information) into our main dataset.
I just wanted some clarity on my previous ticket .Question regarding Google Ads connector and where to look for the data of fields GEO_METRO, GEO_REGION and GEO_COUNTRY.
I've performed the suggested steps mentioned in the article that was sent and I see these geographic identifiers (country, metro, and region) are not directly available as columns but are instead included within the TARGET_TYPE column in geo_target table. I've successfully extracted these by categorizing them into respective geo columns by joining geographic_view table.
However, now I'm at a stage where I need to accurately link this geo tables with our main dataset. My main dataset includes ad_group & campaign reports tables.
The challenge I'm encountering is identifying the appropriate fields between these tables for an effective JOIN. Could you please clarify and guide me in identifying the common identifier between these tables that would enable an appropriate and accurate JOIN, particularly for integrating the geographic information (GEO_METRO, GEO_REGION and GEO_COUNTRY)into our main dataset.
