Hi Fivetran support team! 

Currently, the gladly Lite connector is not based on Gladly webhooks, which leads to a difference in the type and number of attributes/events that we get through fivetran gladly connector when compared to those that we get when we use gladly Webhooks for data ingestion. Currently the connector data is according to the ERD mentioned in the documentation. But I request you add additional attributes and entities to make it more inline with Gladly Webhook data. This would help us better in our decision of using Fivetran connector to load Gladly data.

MISSING ENTITIES (Suggested to be added):

1. Entity : Payment Request (Gladly Webhook - Payment Request Events) (Possible attributes : id, currency, monetaryUnit, contactId, conversationId, customerId, curr_status, Prev_status, event_id)
2. Entity : Event - Details of any new activity happening in gladly environment, (Possible Attributes : id, type, timestamp, initiator_id, initiator_type)
3. Entity : Contact (Gladly Webhook - Contact Events )
4. Entity : Export - Details of the export jobs from which we get gladly data. (Possible Attributes : id, status)

MISSING ATTRIBUTES (Suggested to be added):

1. Entity : Conversation.

   • New Attributes : note_id and note_text

2. Entity : Task

   • New Attributes : context.assignee_id, context.assignee_inbox_id (These are different from assignee_id and assignee_inbox_id. Details here.)
