Connector Improvement: EU Support for Samsara Connector

The samsara connector currently only supports api.samsara.com, but the EU customers are on a different cloud for GDPR reasons, and API calls go through api.eu.samsara.com.
To use the connector for European customers, we must also include the EU Base URL in the setup form.

    Samsara customers in the EU we work with are blocked form being able to trial and use the connector without this support
