Connector Improvement: TikTok - Add AD_FORMAT to AD_HISTORY table

Currently the 'ad_format' field is not being brought into the ad_history table. It is an import dimension for analyzing ad effectiveness. It is already available in the current endpoint being used -
/open_api/v1.3/ad/get
