The Grin connection is missing data for the Activation endpoint/schema of tables. Documentation for that endpoint can be found here. The endpoint is somewhat new, so it may have been added after the dev team at Fivetran had already started work on the connector. This endpoint is critical to report out performance at the level of an activation. Activations replaced campaigns in Grin (the Campaign endpoint no longer works).
