Connector Improvement: Add Webhook feature in Tempo connector to gather deleted worklogs and flag them in destination

I can see that Tempo has Webhook Events (deleted:%20worklog.deleted) that support worklog events can this be added to the tempo connector to flag the deleted worklog events in destination

Currently, our strategy is focused on enhancing core value areas that align with broader data integration needs.     Tempo currently doesn't provide core expected functionality and we have needed to use airbytes for tempo records, I suggest full ingestion should be on core functionality and on the road map
