Connector Improvement: Zendesk Chat Connector, Chat History Table missing sender_type column

We here at Justworks are using the zendesk_chat connector, but we've discovered that there's supposed to be a `sender_type` key in the `chats.history` array (see docs here) based on our conversations with our Premier Zendesk support team. It seems that Fivetran only recognizes 5 different keys - timestamp, channel, msg, name, and type (along with a FK of chat_id). However, according to Zendesk team, there is also a `sender_type` key (see attached screenshot as an example from Felipe on the Zendesk Premier support team).
We need the sender type in the chat_history table in order to identify who sent which message.
Is that something we can add to the connector?
