    We do support breach event data through our Zendesk data models:

    If this doesn't support your use case, please provide me with some more details around what's missing and your analytical use cases.

    We tried implementing this dbt package but unfortunately, this is not helping us in tieing SLA breach timestamp for tickets between UI (front end) and backend (snowflake ). As a result, we currently have an open case case with Fivetran ID #181998. It looks like this ticket is under the radar of the engineering team to look into at the moment. Please feel free to take a look and let us know for next steps.
