    Hi Eric, 

    Thank you for submitting this request. We understand the value of analyzing agent availability and we're evaluating adding this to our Zendesk connector. Could you share a bit more about your use case for this data and what questions you hope to answer? Webhooks will not allow us to sync historical data about agent availability, so initially, you will not be able to look back in time. Is this a concern for you? Once this is added to the Zendesk connecter, you will be able to build up a picture of agent availability from that time forward.
