Connector Improvement: Freshchat Data: CSAT and Conversation Labels
CompletedNot all data objects from Freshchat are available in Fivetran's Freshchat connector schema. Request is to be able to extract CSAT (customer satisfaction survey) and Conversation label (categorization of chats) from Freshchat to better support business processes.
