Connector Improvement: Xero - Add quotes to connector

The Xero connector is super helpful to us.  I've recently noticed that Fivetran doesn't export the Quotes. It does Purchase Orders and Invoices are missing.  The Xero API includes a quotes endpoint, so this should be straightforward to implement.

    Hi there.

    We also use Xero to analyze our financial data and Quotations form part of the segment to view along with Invoices and being able to extract Quotation data would be super beneficial for our use cases.
