I briefly chatted with Surabhi from Fivetran support and we came to a conclusion that there is a new entity (TpeVoiceComment) that should be added to Fivetran. This is similar to the existing `VoiceComment` entity from the Zendesk API response.
This field contains critical data that has the contact id for the phone ticket, and that contact id is what I extract in order to join to a dedicated phone records table to retrieve the rest of phone data.
