    Hi Mark,

    Statistics in the Insights screens, and in the Channel Detail page, are populated from the logs. If no data flows then there will be no statistics. This is not something we will change. Doing so would be a major architectural overhaul.

    As it relates to the statistics not visible in the dashboard as per your support ticket: that is a separate issue and should not happen. Certainly there should be no difference between using one type of browser versus another, which is what I believe you observe.
