Connector Improvement: de-select child TABLES

We have many child tables that we don't need, e.g. for the pipedrive connection. Unfortunately these child tables consume a lot of rows, which makes it much more expensive for us even though we don't use the rows....

    We also would likle to deselect the child tables for some of our connectors. A good example is the Lob check_thumbnail child table to the main check table. It updates URLs for various images that we don't need, and it constitutes 95% of our Lob spend.
