Connector Improvement: needs for designating exact start time for n-hourly sync (salesforce)

We set a job to run once every 3 hours.
What I can designate was just "Every 3 hours".
We wanted to run it at 0:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, 12:00AM/PM.
However, it runs at 2:40,5:40,8:40,11:40AM/PM.
That means we need to wait until 2:40PM to use all the data registered at the source in the morning.
I was surprised to hear from the support that there is no way to change it except for kicking off the jobs using API.
I have used many tools for data sync and had never seen a tool that lacks this basic flexibility. I didn't even think of it and didn't check it in POC.
I basically like fivetran. I believe this feature should be added soon so that fivetran is competitive in the market.

Thank you for using Fivetran. I'd love to hear more about why you want to tightly couple your Fivetran sync to other parts of your data pipeline. We've tended to think that having a loosely coupled solution is more robust and maintainable.
