Connector Improvement: Include Fivetran destination type in destination metadata from Fivetran Platform connector

The Fivetran Platform connector syncs destination metadata, which currently includes a `type` column, but that only indicates whether it's a Fivetran destination or HVR destination.  For Fivetran destinations it would also be useful to include what type of Fivetran destination it is (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).

    To better understand the ask, would you be able to share the use case driving the need for this metadata?

    The use case was me trying to do an impact analysis of Fivetran's planned change to JSON column types for BigQuery destinations.  I had hoped to use the Fivetran metadata to determine which of our destinations were BigQuery.
