Connector Improvement: Allow CircleCI tables to be disabled

Please allow certain tables to be disabled from the CircleCI connector. In particular, the metadata table has an extremely high MAR that makes the cost untenable, and we get no value out of this table. We'll only be able to make use of this connector if we can turn off certain tables to keep the MAR down.

    We are in the same boat. The cost of this connector with the MAR pricing model and the way CircleCI represents the data is a deal breaker for us.
