Connector Improvement: Attribution window skan_click and skan_view for Facebook Ads
The Facebook Ads connector currently does not summarise actions based on views AND clicks for SKAN-attributed data, but only clicks. Since every other channel working with attribution for iOS does display the sum, this makes conversion data from Meta biased in its comparison. Frankly, data are useless without receiving the proper metrics and our company has to use alternative solutions to pipe data in from Meta.
Getting both clicks and views for SKAN-attributed data is as simple as adding the options "skan_click" and "skan_view" to the attribution window (then they could at least be included in custom tables). This issue should be of interest to any company advertising on iOS and relying on SKAN attribution for they marketing efforts since iOS 14.5.
