Connector Improvement: LaunchDarkly Improvement: Feature Flag Rule Clause

I'm hoping to get an equivalent to `rule_clause` for feature flags (rather than segments). I have a feature flag that's enabled for a specific list of domains and I want to be able to access the list of domains.
