Transformations: Tiktok item ID

From Airbyte, we are getting a tiktok_item_id in the ADS table that I expected to see in the AD_HISTORY table from Fivetran. We need this to build an oembed URL to get access to the video itself, as such: https://www.tiktok.com/embed/7281232488565951787

Without this, I see no way to get access to the video ad itself, as the VIDEO_ID field is usually null, and when it isn't, I don't know what it relates to.
