Exporting Excluded Data:

• By default excluded data is not shown in aggregations. To show excluded data in aggregations, you need to add the blacklist parameter to the source specification, specifically “blacklist”: “ignore” to see data from included and excluded events. More info and an example can be found in our documentation here: Aggregation - Source Specification
• The reason I mention this, is because if you are writing custom aggregations to export Pendo data into your data warehouse, then you can get excluded data by adding the blacklist parameter. If you’re using an ETL tool (for example Fivetran) that call on our aggregations endpoint to export data, you’d need to confirm with that provider of the ETL service whether they’re able to extract excluded data or not.
