Connector Improvement: Include Pipedrive Smart Data Search in Schema
Hello all,
In Pipedrive, we use the feature Smart Data Search, that is a search that runs automatically based on the email domain of our contacts and provides us with basic data about the company including address, employee number, industry. etc.
Therefore, it saves us a lot of time to not do this search manually. On the other side, this information can support our analyses immensely.
We would very much appreciate it if that information from the Smart Data Search would be included in the Pipedrive Schema. Just that the existing columns of the table “organization” would be filled up by the information that the Smart Data Research Tool provides. So that we can access that data in BigQuery and make analyses based on it.
Thank you & kind regards.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for your request! We're not sure exactly what you want; do you want to sync data that appears after filtering through this smart contacts feature? or something else, and I didn't see any endpoints or a way to retrieve data filtered through the smart contact feature, so we need more information on this one.

Hi Maheshwar,
Thanks for leaving the comment.
I added a screenshot to show you the differences between the data from Pipedrive that gets into BigQuery and the data that does not.

The green circled 'Details' and 'Phone' are included in the Pipedrive Schema/Table 'Organization', meaning in our case we get the 'Details' data including 'Address', 'Lead Source', 'IndiVertrieb' and 'Phone' from Pipedrive into BigQuery. So far, so good.
However, what is not included is our feature request. The yellow marked Smart Contact Data Info, that automatically searches data from the internet, with the parameters such as 'Email', 'Website', 'Industrial Category', 'Sub-industry', 'Sector', 'Codes', 'Total Employees', 'Location' and 'LinkedIn' are not included in the 'Organization' Schema/Table. As a result, this data from the Smart Contact Data Info does not appear in our dataset in BigQuery. Exactly that we would like to be changed.
This would help us enormously in order to make analyses based on industry categories, employee number etc.
I hope this makes the problem and the feature request clearer. If not, come back to me any time.
Thanks & Kind regards.
