Connector Improvement: The Trade Desk - Select Advertiser

Instead of having all data be imported when connecting to The Trade Desk, allow for you to select WHICH advertiser you want to bring in. Similar to how the Salesforce connector works where you can select the objects to pull in.

We also need this feature in order to use The Trade Desk's connector.
