Connector Improvement: Add schema selection to CustomerIO connector

The CustomerIO connector, soon to go into Beta, does not currently support schema selection like most other mature connectors. This means I cannot select as a user, the specific entities and their attributes I want to sync from source. This is a huge deal breaker for us because it means we incur MAR for data that is costly to sync and currently not required. Specfically the `segment_member` dataset of this connector, which daily produces 100M rows.

Hi Hawkar,
Thanks for raising this improvement request. The ability to deselect specific Customer.io tables from schemas is already in our backlog. We don’t have an ETA yet, but we’ll update this request as soon as the feature becomes available.
