Connector Improvement: Add Custom Tables/Lists for ChurnZero

I'd like to see custom tables/lists and their values available to be brought into our DW destination. These are objects listed under Custom Tables in the UI and have the entity label as "CustomListXXX"

    Any news on this? Just joining Fivetran and noticed it's still lacking custom tables + Custom account level attributes (priority in our case would be custom account level attributes, but both would be great)
