Connector Improvement: Khoros conversations for CREATED, OPEN and CLOSED conversations

We'd like to have the tables that have:
- All conversations that were created in intervals
- All conversations that were open in intervals
- All conversations that were closed in intervals
This can be achieved by calling one API end point but using different values of this parameter `conversationReportType`.

By default, the API will get only the open conversations. This is a conflict in Khoros' documentation as it's often assumed by Khoros that the raw conversation export will include all 3 types by default.

For the Raw Conversation Export, you'll see these options:
Raw New Conversation Export: This export returns all conversations that were new/started during the selected period.
Raw Closed Conversation Export: This export returns all conversations that were closed during the selected period and not subsequently reopened after the period.
Raw Open Conversation Export: This export returns all conversations that were open at the end of the selected period. (The status in the export is always the current status. So, if a conversation was closed after the end of the selected period, it has a status of closed in the export, even though it was open at the end of the reporting period.)"
