Connector Improvement: Connector Improvement: Google Campaign Manager (GCM) 360 - Include Unattributed Conversions
AnsweredHello,
GCM 360 Reporting allows to include "Unattributed Conversions" for both Standard and Floodlight report types. This allows to collect conversions from users without any ad exposure.
This is helpful to get the actual conversion count.
Currently, Fivetran does not include this parameter in the query to fetch the data. Could we please update the GCM 360 connectors to add this parameter as an additional feature and get complete data from the source.
Hope to get this implemented soon.
Thank you,
Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for submitting this feature request and following up.
I've added this to our backlog. I'll work with the team to scope it. Based on customer demand, we'll prioritize this relative to the rest of our backlog, so any additional upvotes from other Fivetran customers will help increase the relative priority. I'll keep you posted with updates here. We're planning to add a single toggle on the custom report drawer in the connector's setup form that would allow you to use whether to include unattributed conversions in the report. This would include both unattributed cookie and IP conversions.
Cheers,

Hi Sandeep, Drew from the product team here!
Thank you for the feature request. I've reviewed this and it seems like something we would like to support. I cannot seem to find any references to "unattributed conversions" in the Campaign Manager 360 API reference.
Are you aware of any way to capture this data via the API? That would be a requirement for us to proceed. I've also asked the engineering team to evaluate this request.

Hi Drew,
Thank you for the follow-up.
They are part of report setup for Floodlight reports.
This is listed in the CM360 API Report references.

This would be a great addition, as such unattributed conversions are always counted under the overall conversions numbers.
Hope this is helpful.Regard,
