Connector Improvement: StackAdapt Connector: Add Column conv_rev to STATS_DELIVERY

This is a recent addition I think. I was hitting the API directly last week and this field wasn't showing up. However, it seems like they've added the conversion revenue field to STATS_DELIVERY endpoint and we would love to use this field.
