Other: LDP - Location Selection During Activation

It would be helpful to be able to be able to select/unselect locations during activation similar to how we can when refreshing. If there are a lot of locations in a channel and we just need to activate a small set to rebuild the jobs for those locations having the same ability in the UI to filter locations or unselect all at once would be great.

Sadly engineering said that it is not trivial to do this, and based on our implementation it can lead to unexpected side effects. As a result we have to reject your suggestion.
