Other: limit the latency SLA to trigger only for certain alert defined

In HVR6 we are not able to define latency SLA per alert seperately, It is being taken as global actions for all alerts. we had a requirement to have seperate alert mechanism to be present just to send out latency alerts as it's own without being defined as global actions, but couldn't find that option on HVR6.
