New Connector: Request to add Ticket Fields from Gorgias
CompletedGorgias recently implemented a new tagging functionality called Ticket Fields where you can set up custom fields like "contact reason". This is a more advanced feature than "tags" because there are hierarchies.
Our company is going to be requiring all CX agents use this field so it is really critical that we have access to this data. Please add the connector!
