When a report has nested objects, appending the ?format=json or ?format=csv eliminates all nested values. The xml (default) rendering keeps them intact. We are losing a lot of time retooling RaaS reports to flatten them out manually in Workday (vs. just being able to ingest nested xml structures that were already there).
