Connector Improvement: Schedule Initial Sync

Would like the ability to create configure for a connector to be unpaused at a specific time to then follow a specific schedule. The primary use case would be to push out new connectors over Terraform with a sync frequency specified and a scheduled time for the connector to enable so that an initial sync could start at a later time based on when it is scheduled to be enabled.
As an alternative to this - scheduling any kind of resync would be a fantastic option, too.

Hey Jimmy - great to hear from you again! Since the initial sync can be more intensive on the source system, we would like to be able to have this run during a time in which there is less utilization on the source during off-hours. In many cases this could be overnight for anyone in the US.
