Other: Enhance Microsoft Teams channel notification

Hi Team,

We are using Team notifications integration.

Below is a reference document.

We are asking for more information in the error message.

When you look at the Microsoft team channel notification, we won’t be able to make out for which destination we got an error.

 

But, when you look at Email notifications, we can understand for which destination we are getting an error.

    Hi Aman, 

    Thank you for the feedback. I've looked into this with my Engineering team. As an external tool, we have limited control over how Microsoft Team ingests the notifications we send – we are assuming in this case that it is not taking certain info from the notification due to formatting. 

    We think the best way to solve this issue would be to support an actual integration with Microsoft Teams. I'm going to leave this feature request open and would encourage others to upvote it if they would find an integration with Microsoft Teams helpful.
