It would be very helpful if in the status section, you included record count when you hover over the gant view of progress for the connector.   You can see the size (MB or GB) but record count would better allow you to see the progression of the job.

Otherwise, in general would be helpful to provide some feature so you can better determine the progression of a job especially when it is running longer then normal.
