Connector Improvement: Google Drive connector columns with NULL values

I've been using the Google Drive connector and it's really simple and works really well.

However, if there's a column in the table that has only NULL values, the column won't be created in the destination data warehouse. Is there a way to include this column with null values? 

The reason is that these columns are referenced in the already written queries in BI tools, and these queries run to errors if that column doesn't exist. Also, the columns having null values is also an important information / part of calculations.

    Hi Viktor,

    Thank you for sharing your use case for this need. We currently recommend you sync a file with exactly 1 test row of data that includes a value for this column. Once its created the Nulls will sync correctly.

    On the use case. Why does the column exist if it is always NULL?
    We have optimized for dynamically updating schemas based on the actual date sent through the connector.
