Connector Improvement: Zendesk Connector: Add Attachments Data
AnsweredIt seems like the Fivetran Zendesk connector does not have any records of attachments on tickets or ticket comments. Is it at all possible to get attachments data available through the connector or otherwise on Fivetran?
Some questions we're trying to answer:
- What files are being attached to individual ticket comments (filenames)?
- When are attachments being sent?
- How many attachments are on each ticket?
