Support being able to provide Core Table definitions in a Fivetran Schema Config Terraform resource.

Currently when you provide Core Table definitions in a Fivetran Schema Config Terraform resource it applies, but when you refresh/apply again, the Fivetran API doesn't return those Core Tables, so Terraform thinks it needs to modify the resource and apply the Core Tables again.

This is a generic request and not specific to any single connector.
